Intro Offer(s)
– Expires 3 months after purchase date.
– No refunds or transfers.
– Not valid for Workshops & Guest Teachers.
– Limit of one “2 for $40” offer per person.
Workshops
– Refund Policy: If a student cannot attend before the workshop starts, DDC will either refund the amount minus a processing fee or transfer the full amount to the student’s account at DDC.
– After the First Class: No refunds unless for a medical reason with a doctor’s note. Refunds are subject to a processing fee and for classes attended. No pro-rating of fees after the workshop has started.
– Make-Up Class: One make-up class may be given per workshop session under certain circumstances. Students must write “make-up” when signing in to the drop-in class. Make-up requests must be made within 1 week of the missed class. Email: info@delhidancecollective.com.
– Workshop Drop-Ins: Students may drop in on the first day of the workshop or with the instructor’s permission. The cost is $1 more than a regular drop-in. Class cards can be used with an additional $2 fee. These fees ensure fairness to students who committed to the whole series.
Cancellation Policy
– To give wait-listed clients enough time to arrive at the studio, we require at least 12 hours notice before class time.
– If your cancellation is not made within the early cancellation window (12 hours), your account will be charged as if you had attended.
Privacy Policy
Please review the terms of our Privacy Policy. By using our website, you agree to the terms of this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use this website. We collect information when you register for a workshop or master class, buy classes, subscribe to our newsletter, respond to a survey, or fill out a form.
You may be asked to provide: your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information, birthdate, and emergency contact information. If you register for a class or purchase a class card on behalf of your child, you will also need to provide your child’s name and age.
We use your submitted information for its intended purpose. For example, registering for a workshop will result in receiving enrollment details, our refund policy, and a receipt via email. Purchasing a class card or Intro Offer will result in an email receipt and reminders if the class card is about to expire. We may also use your information to send you periodic emails about current classes, cancellations, or time changes at Delhi Dance Collective. You can opt-out of promotional emails by: (1) adjusting your profile settings, (2) clicking the unsubscribe link in the emails, or (3) emailing us with “unsubscribe” in the subject line at info@delhidancecollective.com.
Privacy Policy for Minors
Delhi Dance Collective offers dance classes and workshops to adults and children aged 16 and up.
Clients under 18 must have a parent or guardian’s signature. We encourage all visitors under 18 to communicate with us through a parent or guardian.
Disclosure of Personal Information
We do not sell personal information to third parties. We will only share your personal information with third parties for very limited purposes. We use other businesses to perform services such as processing credit card payments, marketing assistance, and data analysis. We provide personal information to these businesses only when necessary for them to complete a transaction or perform their duties. They are not permitted to use your information for any other purposes.
Security
Protecting your personal information is very important to us. When you transmit personal or credit card information from your device to our secure server, it is encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This information is stored in our payment gateway provider’s database, accessible only to authorised individuals with special access rights who must keep the information confidential. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee the security of data transmitted over the Internet and are not responsible for theft, destruction, or inadvertent disclosure of your personal information.
